Badung is the most popular regency amongst the eight regencies and a city in the island of Bali. The Badung regency, which has 418.52 square kilometers of land, or 1/13th parts of the island of Bali, is divided into three regions, the North region consists of districts of Mengwi, Petang, and Abiansemal, the middle region is the very well known region worldwide as tourist destination is consists of districts of North Kuta which is covering the village of Legian, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Canggu until to the village of Cemagi ; and the South region consists of districts of Kuta and South Kuta which is covering the village of Tuban where the International Airport Ngurah Rai is located, the village of Jimbaran, Pecatu, Nusa Dua and Tanjung Benoa village.

All our members spread out along these three regions. Based the latest data of 2012, the regency has 1.515 hotels include any type of accommodations, 1.305 restaurants, and many places of interest for tourists.

Besides providing advice and/or advocacy when necessary to its members, the PHRI Badung also take pro-active part in providing advice and suggestions to government for the tourist development of Bali.I hope this e-media will facilitate who ever needs more updated information about Bali and Badung regency, which has more and more new discovery and emerging tourist activities, and last but not least I wish you all a very pleasant holiday in Bali.
